- pH of product water will depend on inlet water conditions.
DO'S
- Ensure that your unit is installed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
- Provide proper earthing for the unit.
- Keep the reject (drain) line positioned well above the drain line.
- Always use genuine spare parts for guaranteed performance.
DON'TS
- Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
- Avoid shifting the machine to another location without emptying the storage tank.
- Do not use universal sockets.
- Refrain from placing heavy or dangerous objects on top of the purifier, as this may damage the unit.
- Do not attempt to repair or service the unit yourself, as doing so will void your valuable product warranty. Contact the customer help desk for any service or repair needs.
Location of the unit
Find a suitable location on the platform to install the HydroAce, and position it for easy dispensing.
- It should be positioned close to a tap or water outlet, ensuring the distance does not exceed 1 meter.
- The prefilter and the inlet drain should be positioned above a drainage point, such as a kitchen sink.
- The unit should be placed conveniently near a power outlet with 230V AC
- The reject line of the cell and the prefilter are free-flowing water lines; avoid connecting any tubing to this port. Additionally, keep the cell reject line 3–4 inches above the drain port.
Installation requirements:
- Electrical Requirements: 230V AC ± 10%, 16 Amp.
- A properly earthed socket should be available at the installation point.
Plumbing Requirements:
- 1/2” water line with a minimum pressure of 0.5 kg/cm² and a maximum of 2 kg/cm².
- A drainage line should be available within 1 meter of the unit.
- Ensure that the raw water quality meets the specified standards.
- If the pressure exceeds 2 kg/cm², use a PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve).
