DO'S
- Ensure that your unit is installed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
- Provide proper earthing for the unit.
- Keep the reject (drain) line positioned well above the drain line.
- Always use genuine spare parts for guaranteed performance.
DON'TS
- Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
- Do not use universal sockets.
- Refrain from placing heavy or dangerous objects on top of the purifier, as this may damage the unit.
- Do not attempt to repair or service the unit yourself, as doing so will void your valuable product warranty. Contact the customer help desk for any service or repair needs.
Location of the unit
- Place HydroAce Lite on a stable platform with easy access for dispensing.
- Ensure it is near a tap or water outlet, within 1 meter in length.
- Install the pre-filter and inlet drain above a drainage point, such as a kitchen sink.
- Position the unit near a 230V AC power outlet for convenient connectivity.
- Keep the electrolyzer reject line and pre-filter as free-falling water lines. Avoid attaching tubes to these ports and maintain a 3–4 inch gap above the drain port.
- Use the provided drip tray to prevent water spills during dispensing.
Installation requirements:
- Electrical requirements:
- 230V AC + 10%, 6 Amp. Socket with proper earthing to be made available at the point of installation.
- Plumbing Requirements:
- ½” water line with a minimum of 0.5 - kg/cm2 and a maximum of 2 - kg/cm2 pressure.
- A drainage line is required within a distance of 1 meter from the unit.
- Ensure that the raw water quality meets the specifications.
- If pressure is more than 2 kg/ cm2 use PRV
