- This product or its product water is not to be used for commercial applications.
- pH of product water will depend on inlet water conditions.
DO'S
- Ensure that your unit is installed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
- Provide proper earthing for the unit.
- Keep the reject (drain) line positioned well above the drain line.
- Always use genuine spare parts for guaranteed performance.
DON'TS
- Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
- Do not use universal sockets.
- Refrain from placing heavy or dangerous objects on top of the purifier, as this may damage the unit.
- Do not attempt to repair or service the unit yourself, as doing so will void your valuable product warranty. Contact the customer help desk for any service or repair needs.
Location of the unit
- Check the product dimensions and ensure there is enough space under the kitchen counter for installation.
- Choose a location above the counter for the digital dispensing faucet.
- Arrange to drill a one-inch hole in the counter for the faucet installation.
- Install a prefilter and inlet drain under the sink.
- Position the HydroAce UTS where a 230V AC 16 amp power outlet with proper grounding is accessible.
- The RO reject line and cell reject line should hang freely and run parallel to the ground, ending just above the drain.
- Keep the reject lines 3-4 inches above the drain port.
Caution
- Never connect the RO reject line and the cell drain ports together.
- Ensure that the cell reject line is not elevated above the product level.
Installation requirements:
- Electrical Requirements: 230V AC ± 10%, 16 Amp.
- A properly earthed socket should be available at the installation point.
Plumbing Requirements:
- 1/2” water line with a minimum pressure of 0.5 kg/cm² and a maximum of 2 kg/cm².
- A drainage line should be available within 1 meter of the unit.
- Ensure that the raw water quality meets the specified standards.
- If the pressure exceeds 2 kg/cm², use a PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve).
